I applied in August on the first day applications opened. I then received a hirevue a month after I submitted my applications. The hirevue asked about why you were interested in GS and the position you had applied for. Two weeks after submitting my hirevue, I received a Superday invite. During the Superday, I spoked to three current employees. Each interview was 20 minutes long.

Describe a time you had to complete a task in an unconventional way
The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.
