Account Strategist in Dublin. Process was smooth just like any other Google process, my first interview (outside of HR) was with the hiring manager right away and the questions were very practical and heads on the job. You need to back yourself with a maximum of KPIs and explain every steps. Bare minimum knowledge in Ads is unsufficient. I refused to continue the process for this job as I was in another process for Google France for an APPM position.

Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
