Process is intense but there is definitely a formula they want you to utilize when answering questions! Look up Jeff sipe on YouTube for interview help and mock questions, ask the interviewer follow up questions, and have 5-7 solid stories in STAR format

Got reached out to by a recruiter.
Passed the screening call last week.
rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
