Interview
The interview process was short . Only consisted of one interview. It was telephonic with a partner in the appropriate practice area. After talking about qualifications, spoke about interesting school and employment experiences.

Interview was very individual oriented once they felt I was qualified to do the job.
Straightforward, efficient. Questions were related to the job and the interviewers provided extensive background about the position. They allowed the opportunity to present questions and answered them fully during the interview. They also ofrered informal meetings with other attorneys to allow me to gauge the culture
Very laid back. Want to know if you fit with firm really. They have already looked into qualifications prior to interview most likely because of how large they are. So it’s more about if you will fit in particular office

Interview
Had a screener call with admin assistant, then followed by an interview with some of the partners (some were on holiday so there was a second interview with them). I am disappointed in the firm because they posted the job for the commercial litigation group but were interviewing for the general liability group. There was a lack of transparency throughout.
