I applied to the programme/scheme online via the Grant Thornton website after noticing an acquaintance that worked there. I submitted an application form via their website, and after a phone screening was invited to a video screening interview – i.e. set time to answer questions (approx 1-2 mins). I was then brought along to an assessment centre, after which I was rejected.
