I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Sep 2011
Interview
Grant Thornton came to my university campus to give an information session and I received an interview after applying online. My interview lasted about 40 minutes. I was interviewed by two people, one audit manager and one talent acquistion manager. The interview questions themselves were mostly behavioural and were pretty common. For example, I was asked to tell them about myself and also to name my proudest achievement. However, only about 5 questions were actually asked which took up less than half of the 40 minutes. I was asked to begin asking GT questions instead. Unfortunately, I didn't prepare quite enough questions and soon ran out of them. My advice would be to prepare more on this area.

Question 1
What is the most difficult decision that you have made in your life?
Very friendly and they tell you what they really are looking for in a candidate. There were a few stages of interview I did before I was interviewed with the manager that I will work with.

I applied online. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (London, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
Causal but the interviewer was so inattentive, rumbled all the time, just look around everywhere but didn’t look at you, he just want to finish the interview as soon as possible. Even did say goodbye to you
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Jan 2020
Interview
First I got an Internal referral, followed by an e-mail application, and then 2 on 1 interview with some personality test. the interview process was casual but they do ask a lot of questions so be prepared and stay confident.
