I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Washington, DC) in Apr 2020
Interview
After a Senior Associate introduced me to a recruiter for the public sector office, I was included with the campus hiring process. Due to COVID-19, all my interviews were remote/virtual. The first conversation was with the recruiter and she was exceptionally invested into finding the appropriate talent and personality to fit the position. 2 days after my first phone call, I was schedule to have 2 30 minutes skype interviews: one with a senior manager and another with a director. The first interview was very situationally/behavioral based and any other questions were asked about lines on my resume. The second interview was more of a conversation about the culture of Grant Thornton. After each conversation, I was confident that Grant Thornton places a high value on their people, thus being a great fit for me.
I believe this interview was very easy because the all of my conversations were a natural fit. No case studies or any testing either.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview began with a screening process via a phone call with the recruiter. It then proceeded to two Zoom calls with a manager and then a partner. They asked a series on inquiry questions, nothing too technical. Just to prove I was a good fit for the position.

Interview
Very straightforward and no case interview. It was two back to back interviews. The people are nice and asked about experiences in college and coursework. Most of it was very conversational, and I heard back with an offer within the same week

Interview
Initial phone call interview then went into two video call interviews with managers. Extremely friendly and conversational. Questions primarily revolved around resume and past experiences. I didn't get any technical questions despite interviewing with people from my background. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview process.
