I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
Applied on their official site and through school career site. Got a response about a week and a half later and scheduled an interview for a few days after that.
First professional interview, felt really comfortable during the whole process. Started out with some "tell me about yourself" into basic behavioral questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Athens, GA) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was mostly conversational. We talked about the company, my classes and some specific items on my resume. Two people interviewed me, and it lasted an hour. They gave lots of opportunities for me to ask questions. Overall, it was a very easy interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
The interview was an hour long with two one-on-one 30 minute interviews. One was mostly behavioral and definitely more structured while the other was purely conversational. The interviewers were either partners or managers at the firm. They both seemed interested in getting to know me and in both interviews we talked about our hobbies/activities outside of school/work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied through my University. They contacted me a few weeks later saying I received an on campus interview. I had two 20ish minute interviews with 2 different managers. They were primarily behavioral with only a few situational questions. Mostly just wanted to get to know me.
