1st round interview on campus that went alright. The manager that interviewed me did not seem like I was the right fit for the role and kept talking about switching me to another practice, which she ended up doing. The process was also extremely drawn out and I was left in the dark. I had to follow-up with the recruiter (who is an angel by the way, shout out to her!) multiple times until I was told that I did not advance to the final round.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Austin, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview began with a screening process via a phone call with the recruiter. It then proceeded to two Zoom calls with a manager and then a partner. They asked a series on inquiry questions, nothing too technical. Just to prove I was a good fit for the position.

Interview
Very straightforward and no case interview. It was two back to back interviews. The people are nice and asked about experiences in college and coursework. Most of it was very conversational, and I heard back with an offer within the same week

Interview
Initial phone call interview then went into two video call interviews with managers. Extremely friendly and conversational. Questions primarily revolved around resume and past experiences. I didn't get any technical questions despite interviewing with people from my background. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview process.
