Long process but decided not to take job. Pam was nice, but I thought I would try something different. Next time I would be more prepared. One day i will interview there again.

Very quick turnaround: submitted application online and heard back within the week. Received a spark hire video interview first followed by a phone interview a few days later. Heard back from the company with a job offer one day after the phone interview. Fairly standard questions: STAR questions, previous experience questions, some emphasis on leadership and communication skills.
