Phone interview was over resume and how skills applied to the position. Very basic. Flown out for in person with 2 managers and 2 leads for open conversation interview. Simple questions again.

Got called to schedule an interview 2 weeks after applying. The interview questions are behavioral and related to the job description. Was told they will get back in touch in about a week or two after the interview. Ended up getting a rejection notice over a month later.
Former college co op so no interview required. Just went around and talked to former bosses and/of heads of departments I was interested in. Definitely paid off spending every other semester of college here
