I applied online and called a couple of times about my application. On one of the times i called they set me up for a interview and asked about my availability, if i committed any crimes. Went to the interview and got basic interview questions along with picture questions. Then 2 weeks later they called and scheduled me for a second interview and asked me questions then got the job.

The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

Describe a time you were tasked to work with a team
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.
