I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (New York, NY) in July 2016.
I received an email informing of an initial interview in person. It was a group interview. They called me back the same day asking me to do a second interview. Again it was a group interview, although this time very fun and unexpected. In the first part they asked us to interact with each other, asking scenario based questions. The second part of interview was an exercise to understand how we work in a team, our ability to multi-task and work under pressure. After a couple days they called me for the third interview. This time it was one-on-one and she asked me a couple questions about my experience and my availability. At the end of the interview she gave me an offer!

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
