i applied online and i got the offer for group interview. dress like you would at h&m. i went to a group interview with about 10 or 15 people. we had to do some retail activities like folding clothes etc. the only people who got an offer were the ones speaking out. after interview i got an offer for the job role and i accepted

It was very light asked me basic customer service questions, my history of customer service and what my schedule would look like. You first walk in asking for the manager, they find the manager and you follow them as they escort you to their little office and conduct the interview in that space.

The process was relative easy. They are very friendly and responsive during the recruitment process. They also included and an basic assignment to evaluate customer service skills and during the interview they performed and quick role play as well.
