At first when I arrived for the group interview it was intimidating, but when we split up into smaller groups I think it was a far better way of interviewing than a 1:1. I would advice to research customer scenario questions and answers.

- list of scenarios and dress up an individual

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
