I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&R Block (Troy, MI) in Aug 2012
Interview
After I finished the class I was invited in for an interview (based on the fact that my instructor had recommended me). I interviewed with two people (the District Manager, and another employee). It was basically a one day process. If you cannot give them the hours they want you are not of any use to them and they have no problem (voicing or showing by attitude) letting you know this. Although they say you can do as many hours as you would like, this is simply not true.

Interview
They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Ask about you and your experiences. Super easy interview, need no preparation honestly.
Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
