I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HARMAN (Bengaluru) in Jul 2018
Interview
3 rounds of discussion covering management aspects and technical aspects, last hr round
HR explained the company structure well
Happened to undergo one round with a senior person in US which was more of probing our strengths
Whole process went so fast but needed several followups with HR on status.

Question 1
Explain the project architecture
What did you do
How do you report project status
It seemed that the hiring process seemed to take long. I had to take 5 interviews and wait for weeks until I received a final offer letter. The interviewers and HR staff were kind and friendly.
Initial meeting with recruiter, followed by interview with hiring manager and then another round with multiple individuals. Was asked if I would be willing to go onsite for another interview which never transpired. Was eventually ghosted after being told I was the only candidate they liked but didn't feel they had spoken to enough candidates overall. Really unprofessional to say the least.
