Interview
I had a negative experience with the HR team during my hiring process. The process took almost two months to complete, and the HR team was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Although I received an offer letter, I declined it due to the HR team's behavior and attitude. I would only recommend joining the organization once the senior management trains the HR team to treat candidates with respect and professionalism. It is important for companies to understand the impact of their hiring practices on candidates and to strive for a positive candidate experience.

1 -> Telephonic
2 -> Technical interviews.
Overall it was OK, no tough questions but checks the level of experience very well. Focus was more on understanding the knowledge and whether the person is fit for job or not.
