Let me start with pros. Good and neat respect for interviewers. Initially they conducted written test which includes 100 questions from english grammar(Comprehension,synonyms,Parajumbled sentences etc..) and technical questions(basic questions from c,c++). In the answer paper there was a option to write Q.paper set number..Because each q.paper varies from one another,whwn i asked the HR she said no need to write that. they 1hr 30 mins to complete the test which is more than enough to complete. While collecting the papers,again i asked regarding Question set num,again she told the same. Within 5 mins,she called my name and dey conducted 2 mins formal questions(introduce yourself). after that she is telling you are not selected. My question is without the question set num how would they corrected the paper with 100 ques,that too within 5-10 mins. Incase online test,ya okay I agree. Please dont cheat the people with your background processes. Thank you.

yea it was like an ordinary interview like when i have attended the online exam without web cam option its very open. and if it comes to interview its damn easy they were asking simple questions nothing regards to our technical.
