I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2023
Interview
Was nice and simple. I applied on Indeed and they reached out to me pretty quickly about wanting to schedule an interview. No wild or out-of-the-box interview questions that I can remember, more just a conversation relating previous experience to the job description.

If/How are you able to time manage and prioritize different tasks and deadlines?
I interviewed at HUB International (Riverside, CA)
Interview
Received a phone call, they hire an external company to handle the first round interviews. They asked questions about research and teamwork, but the most surprising thing they said to me was "Oh? So you have a range for your preferred salary and not a specific number? Can you just give a specific number?" And we all know we have to give a range to make sure we don't get underpaid, so I thought this comment back to my answer to her question was very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HUB International (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2026
Interview
At first I was reached by a phone call where I provided a quick intro. Following that I have had an Online call with Annie and John, that were quite professional and kind.
Pretty standard. Over the course of 3 weeks or a month I had three interviews. A phone screen, manager interview and ceo interview. Overall pleasant experience. So yeah, I would say it was pretty straight forward
