Interview
Initially, Harvard HR interviews over the phone, then it goes to a phone call with the Director of FXB. A third interview of the phone with the PI. A final interview was done in Boston in person.

I don't recall the interview questions but they were very general, especially in the first round. Tell us about your skills, etc. During the in-person interview, they are keen to know about your field experience.

1. 30 min screen call with HR to learn more about the role and agree to the salary and JD of the position
2. If advanced, usually a 1 hour zoom call with the Hiring Manager
3. Group interview with larger team
4. Final interview with the PI

Straight forward and friendly if you make it past the ats process. Initial phone screen with hr, then meeting with a managing director. Friendly questions, a lot about cultural fit.

Interview
It started with a 30 min HR screening call. The next interview stage was a Team call with the positions manager and head of the program. Both calls went over similar questions, with the second more practical information about the position.
