I had an initial call with the HR consultant, and the call went well and was told I would hear back in a week. I followed up with a thank you note, the next day. One week went day, then two weeks. I sent another note to request an update. Now the issues that is frustrating to me is that the individual, Benjamin Norton didn’t even bother to 1. Follow up 2. Respond to my second email requesting an update, instead he sent a generic rejection email. The lack of communication is unprofessional and extremely rude.
