Easy interview and not technical at all. Interviewed with VP of IT and Team Lead both really smart but seem more mathematical focused instead of IT. They also hide an IQ test by calling it a Personality Assessment. There is a personality portion but it is only 30 minutes of the 3 1/2 hours of the assessment. This company seems to be doing well with there product and have a potential to grow in leaps and bounds. However, I have 14 years of in IT mainly in object oriented programming but have touch every aspect including database, system administration, and project management. The line of questioning in the interview led me to believe that the leaders of the IT department are hacking the software together and don't have a true understanding of how an IT shop should be run. If their IT leadership doesn't open their minds up to experts in the field and change their strategy the company will face major struggles in the near future. No job offer but would have declined because of the manipulation throughout the process and the arrogance of leadership. Not good business and if they do it in the interview can't imagine the day to day.
