Interview
Four stage interview process.
1) phone interview lasting approx 10 minutes - friendly chat discussing the job
2) face to face interview with a consultant approx 1 hour - competency based questions and run through CV
3) group assessment day - presentation about Hays, present yourself, 2 role plays
4) panel interview - didn't progress to this stage
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
