Had a brief chat with the branch manager when I came to register with Hays, then had an assessment centre day with other candidates and the director for the area, and then I had a final interview with both the branch manager and director for the area which lasted around 1 hour.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
