I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Heap (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
Took weeks to have a formal interview. Horrible conversation with hiring manager. Was very clear on the phone screen that they did not care and did not want to be there, but needed to get through the checklist of questions so they could move on with their day.
Was told that "We're looking for something different" and that was the feedback.
They were very quick to give that feedback (less than 24 hours) after it took so long to get to the conversation.

Question 1
Tell me about a customer that was getting close to churning and what did you do about it?
2 telephone calls
After being blown off a few times and changing who would be interviewing me. The first call was just the recruiter telling me about there funding and how much they were growing.
The second conversation with with the Director who just wanted to talk about how I was measured in my last role. She was late to calling me and didn’t really engage. Pretty sure theirs room for growth in there process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Heap (New York, NY) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty demanding but I felt it was fair an thorough. While a lot of work, I feel like it showcased how seriously the company takes themselves and their desire to get the role right.
There was phone screenings, in person rounds, an assignment and a final interview with leadership.
