Heitman Associate, Financial Operations & Analysis interview questions

I have applied the captioned role ("FOA") on March 31, 2022. The whole process took around 1.5 months with no offer while spoken to 7 people. On April 19, 2022, I received an e-mail for being selected for further assessment/interview and got arranged a conversation with the VP of the HR team. Next day I spoke to that team member. This is mainly a phone screening to let the HR see if your working experience and motivation could fit into the role. I was also shared the company culture during the call. Two days later on April 22, 2022 the first round of interview started - involving 4 team member with 1v1 zoom interview with 30 mins each, total 2 hours. During the session, members of the following are met: - Senior Finance Manager of FOA team based in US: mainly asking the working experience, and provide further details on the exact work done. - AM team member based in Sydney: mainly asking reasons of leaving, behavioral question including how to cope with breakdown in communication, also asking you to share a view on a type of investment product based on the current situation - Senior Associate of FOA team based in HK: mainly asking the working experience, and clarify certain details on my previous working experience with motivation to join Heitman - VP of FOA team based in HK: asking reasons of leaving, while he also emphasize a lot on the job role since he is the direct reporting line manager of this role. Also I was asked questions in relation to financial modeling experience Few weeks later on May 4, 2022 I got scheduled the interview with the management, 1v1 with 30mins each, total 1 hour. - Head of Acquisitions: asked further details on my latest employment and my motivation to join - Head of Portfolio Management: asked a few situational questions including my strength and weakness. After the interview, I was provided a case study material which I was requested to prepare the income statement, construct DCF model, and calculate IRR & multiples of an investment property. Around 1.5 weeks later on May 16th, I was notified the feedback of the interview and got pointed out that my performance on case study is relatively weak with a rejection on my process.
