Very upfront and open about salaries and benefits packages. Helpful in discussing the scope of work and the experience given or knowledge to be gained by working within the company. Personable hiring staff
It was a group interview with 3-4 people and went through resume together, asked questions about leadership and challenges went through. Each panelist would ask about 2-3 questions and was asked to tell about yourself to them.

Standard interview. Roughly 25-30 minutes. Nothing technical questions just your standard behavior questions like “what made you choose your major” and “describe a time you had to show leadership”and such
