Internship was key in the process. Once you do the internship and are successful I received an offer. Get to know the recruiters when they are at your school. Be on time, ask questions, and be engaged in what is going on.

Interview
Round Robin type interviews. So mentally prepare to do about 4~5 interviews over a few hours. Some interviewers felt almost identical but some really wanted to get to know you and hear your career story.
I attended the career fair and was able to secure a next-day interview. I had an hour-long interview where I was asked questions about myself and my experience, and I was able to ask multiple questions.
