Interviews are moderate levels. sourcing commodity level questions are like sources & costs of components. working experience in the field. considering futuristic views of candidates apart from the technical questions.

Hiring and interview process was bit slower but went in professional way, detailed discussion on Past experience, business accumen, Technical depth, Technical solution skill.
Process involved 3 level of screening, 1st level HR interview, 2nd technical interview and 3rd was related with Business development and business accumen
