I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HomeLight (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2018
Interview
A truly neat interview experience. After the multiple extensive interviews, regardless of job offer, I was truly happy to have experienced the HomeLight Interview process. The recruiter was extremely personable, engaging and helpful with every step of the process.

Question 1
How do you think you will handle the transition of working for a startup?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeLight in Feb 2024
Interview
The interviewer is very polite and nice. The first interview was very late for the American area (after 10 at night). Simple technical interview, they only ask you questions about your experience, what you have done, your strengths and areas of growth. I put it in neutral because I had to reschedule the interview, not for me but for the interviewer, and they did not give me clear feedback.
