Once you apply for a job. The hiring team checks for suitability & arrange telephonic interview first. After successful interview you are called for face to face interview at work location.
Very good process.
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
