I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell in Jun 2021
Interview
I interviewed for a software engineer role at Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix.
First was an SMS text based "interview" to gather basic candidate information.
Then, I completed a take home HackerRank assessment with one programming question that was probably a LeetCode easy and given 45 minutes to complete.
After that I had a 30min phone screen with the engineering manager. He was very friendly and mostly asked about my resume, past experience, etc.
Finally I had an hour long interview with the manager from before and 3 other engineers from the team. They asked me a lot more questions about my background, experience, and projects and gave a short slide show presentation about their work. At the end they told me it was the final interview and I would hear back in a few weeks. I haven't heard anything back yet.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bhopal)
Interview
My interview process included an online assessment, a technical interview focused on coding, projects, and core subjects, followed by a managerial/HR round to discuss teamwork, communication, and career goals. Overall, it was a structured process that evaluated both technical skills and cultural fit.

Recruiter call (45 mins) and main round met with 3 people and talked. One leetcode medium, behavioral, and one system design. Overall process was smooth and would not worry to much just make sure you study.
