Novice people took interview. As they were close to top people in the organization, hence were blue eyed boys . Perhaps arrogant. They called many participants and it was a 6 - 7 round of interview. I don't know what different managers were trying to find out by asking same question again and again.

It was good, discussion went for around 1 hour and the interviewer was very friendly. First there was a test then there was group discussion round and after that there was technical round and finally hr round.
