Only reference works in Honeywell-Madurai, Talent has no importance.There is lot of internal politics. I wasted my time to go to Honeywell Madurai. We were asked to have 2 rounds F2F interview. The manager came with only 4 names in his laptop (all local guys, who already had idea about the recruitment manager, his name and everything). Manager took name of all those 4 guys and only those were recruited, the rest of 14-15 guys were extra and they all had just 1 round interview (because they were extra for them, there priority was those 4 local guys whose name he already had in his laptop).

Recruiter call (45 mins) and main round met with 3 people and talked. One leetcode medium, behavioral, and one system design. Overall process was smooth and would not worry to much just make sure you study.

1 hour in-person interview. They asked a lot of behavioral questions about past experiences and projects that I had done. Contacted me after I applied to a job through a college career fair.
