I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hormel
Interview
Simple and behavioral. Described the working hours and rotating schedule which sounded very hectic. Mentioned opportunities for mentorship. Overall was a neutral interview but position sounds hectic. Would recommend to anyone who is okay with changing their schedule often.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hormel in Oct 2015
Interview
On campus interview with a recruiter followed by a phone interview then an onsite interview at the corporate offices. The whole process can take as long as a couple months or as short as a few weeks. All of the interviews were very relaxed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hormel (Austin, MN) in Aug 2013
Interview
Really Fast interview process, from phone call to offer letter only took three weeks. Excellent interview with the chain of command. Took a tour of the plant, and then flew me home. Waited a week, and got the offer letter.
