The interview process was quick. I traveled to the office that I was interviewing for and everyone was very welcoming. Interveiwers asked insightful questions and were friendly. I would recommend Hormel to anyone looking for a long-term career.

Very thorough in the interview process, and did a great job of making sure any questions I had were answered. They allowed me to talk to a large panel of people from all over the company.

Quick but lacked information as to onboarding. The turnover caused little support for the position and my concern over that support/help ease evident. No reassurance it would be provided. As such I did not want to continue.

One Initial phone call with basic get to know you type questions. Second interview with four 30 min rounds. Sales and role specific questions. Received offer about one week later.
