Interview
The interview was conducted in English and Chinese by 4-5 folks in Huawei. The interview was mostly conducted in Chinese and was technical in nature. I found the interview was fairly unorganized and the questions were adhoc. The interview lasted for one hours. I am going to have another interview with a director next week.

3 rounds of interview. Well structured.
hiring manager interview - chat about resume and work experience
short loop interview with 4 executives - similar as AWS but much less formal
written test about solution architecting in their office
Interview with team lead, hod and hr. Very chinese cultured and hierarchial, i.e. you must listen to boss kind.
Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
