Interview
The first round is the Qualification interview. The interviewer 1V1 will ask about the experience on the resume. In this session, the interviewer will ask very carefully, focusing on the authenticity of your resume experience.
The second round is the Language test. Conducted on an APP to examine listening and speaking. Listening is examined in the form of multiple-choice questions, while oral English is equivalent to PART2 of IELTS.
The third round is the Group interview, which is often referred to as the group face. Huawei’s group face is a case face, and a case will be given for you to discuss. In this link, although you have to show yourself, don't be too sharp.
The fourth round is a Business interview, which will ask about some background information and future development of Huawei. (It would be helpful to read Huawei's ten-year annual report in advance)
The fifth round is the Overall assessment, which will examine some personal characteristics and values, which is very similar to the personality test we have mentioned before.
The last round is the General interview, this round will use the pressure side, it is a link that examines the psychological quality very much. The essentials of this link are four words-neither humble nor overbearing.

the whole process was smooth and fast and they answer all questions i mentioned, one of the best on boarding and also helpful
First an online techincal test after a techincal interview after that a HR interview when you complete that interview if its okay for teams that you gonna work and HR recruiter you get an offer.

1st round with HR and current staff, easy talking easy interview, just normal HR question. 2nd round with the head of department from China, quite hard to talk with him. I feel like he not so welcome me for this interview, and talk to me kinda rude….
