3 step interview process
1. Casual interview with the recruiter. Super easy and not as stressful (20-30 mins)
2. Demo Interview. Had to roleplay as a customer support specialist with a HubSpot employee. This one I was mainly stressed about. They obviously don’t expect you to know the whole CRM, so I did my best, and the employee I was working with was super helpful after our roleplay was complete (1.5 hour)
3. Interview with 3 different Managers. Each interviewed individually in 30 min increments. It seems a bit intense but honestly I had a nice time getting to know them, and then getting to know me!
