I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group
Interview
Campus recruiting consisted of one on-campus first-round behavioral interview, two second-round interviews on campus the following day (one behavioral, one case study), and two on-site informal interviews a few weeks later.
Round one was basic interview questions (why consulting, why this company, etc.). Nothing surprising here. Round two is the difficult one, consisting of an operational case study, a brief mathematical quiz, and a behavioral interview in which you discuss how your background and experiences align with the company's values.
Round three is highly informal, and I believe most (if not all) final round interviewees received offers.
I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL)
Interview
There are 3-4 interviews. There is a screening, a couple behavioral interviews, and a case. The case is relatively easy as the math is simple, it is just thinking about the situation.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group in Oct 2024
Interview
Very nice and straight up throughout the entire process, great people and culture. I never felt I was left in the dark at all and they were in constant communication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
They are super kind people; pretty much a general analyst interview with 45 min zoom calls and questions. The case interview was not too bad but did have a hard math problem at the end. However, the interviewer did a good job of helping you get through it. Just make sure you go over every single step and thought you have so they can help you out!

Question 1
Why Huron? What makes you fit for this role? They ask about their mission statement so review that. General interview questions.
