Got call from IBM HR ,one technical telephonic interview .I cleared the code interview .it was simple..interviewer impressed by real practical knowledge. Same same manager interview happened,it's just formality. Got the offer letter in 20 days

For me, there were two rounds of technical questions and one HR round. Each round is an elimination round. Usually the process completes within a couple of weeks. You might need to be patient though, and wait for them to roll out your offer.

Hiring process was smooth.Many questions related to my current working project. The results were announced on the same day. It was a virtual interview. First technical round then PDM,after that it was a phone interview for compensation discussion.
Spring boot related questions, Microservices, Core Java, SQL, Angular, Javascript. 2 Technical rounds, Managerial Round, and HR round. 2 Coding questions were there. It was nice experience for me. Core java concepts.
