Interview
The interview process wasn't that good in my opinion. The older Interviewer told a story how an intern for a 6 month contract was actually on the intern status (not paid) for another 6 months and after that they hired him as a junior software tester on the lowest pay. This speaks miles about how they treat their employees.
The older interviewer asked multiple questions that needed text book answers.

What was the hardest thing to do that you encountered?
Applied through the company portal, completed an online coding assessment, followed by a technical interview covering data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts, and project experience. Concluded with an HR discussion about the role, career goals, availability, and compensation expectations.
