I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2010
Interview
This was interesting. Everyone was very nice and I had a good experience on campus. The question were standard behavioral questions and I had met with three people. After the interviews were conducted however, I was pretty much put in a holding position for a month. I didn't really hear any feedback and I was just sent a few emails to fill out an online application. I finally hear back a month later without an offer.
It just seemed odd that pretty much all communication stopped after the interviews.
