Interview
He gave me some problems and asked me to write pseudo-codes of C++ method to solve that problem on the whiteboard. While writing, he asked me things like how my algorithm worked, why I used this data structure, what were the advantages of using this instead of others, what were possible errors and exceptions that I need to handle.

Given an array ar[ ] of numbers, write a method to return array ans, where ans[i] equals to the product of all all elements in ar[ ] except ar[i]
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
