Three stage hiring process: Recruiter phone screen (30 mins), team lead interview (30 mins) and all day presentation (45 mins) followed by 1 on 1 with senior management.
First and second stage is pretty straightforward but final stage is tricky with the formal presentation. It was often unclear what higher management wanted in terms of experience and from the presentation. Majority said they were happy with presentation and skills but senior management disliked the content.
