It was easy and systematic , I got interviewed through campus placement. I have to go through three rounds of interview that includes speaking test, personal interview in recruiter and typing test
Great interviewer was very helpful. It was my first interview was very nervous but interviewer helped a lot and i got selected and my joining was next month. I worked for 6 months in IGT

Interview
After applying if you’re selected you will get an email for briefing, A briefing with other candidates. Basically need to introduce yourselves. And be informed about the stages of being selected and must pass each stages to proceed further.
First one is an individual interview. You will be emailed of a one on one online interview.
The questions she asked
-Describe yourself that’s written in resume
- what’s the reason for quitting your previous job
-why you chose this position
-Are you willing to work at night (following americas time)
-what’s your expected salary
-willing to negotiate salary
Second stage ; must pass the written grammar tests.
And than finally English test oral and listening test.
Than confirmation email.
The whole process takes 2 weeks.
