Interview
Asked about previous server experience. Am I available to work 24 hours a day because IHOP is open 24 hours a day. They asked where else I worked. They asked me to describe a difficult situation I faced while serving and how did I handle it. Of course i it involved a customer becoming angry. I talked about how I defused the customers anger level by agreeing with his complaints and I would take immediate action to resolve the complaint.
Very easy going and informative managers were nice and explained the process thoroughly I was also hired on the spot :) can’t wait to start serving At my favorite breakfast spot!!

Interview
Sat at an open table with manager discussed expectations on both sides and left with a job. Management was new but very pleasant. Willing to work with availability and come to a compromise.
