apply online then phone interview then store manager interview.
The HR told me she would get back to me in a week but in face it took 3 weeks and the rejection was automatically sent by email.

Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
