Interview
The process was quite lengthy however it was such a wonderful experience. The interview was divided into 3 stages. Started off with the pre-assessment (take home assignment), group assessment and video interview with the manager.

Chiamata online con il responsabile che mi ha illustrato il ruolo e ha chiesto il mio interesse per il ruolo. Disponibili e molto gentili. Mi è stato illustrata la paga, l'orario lavorativo, il servizio mensa e benefit aziendale.

Test de design à réaliser
Entretien avec le manager du département design
Entretien en ligne avec le responsable international
Et enfin, un workshop test sur place
Après toutes ces étapes, ma candidature n’a pas été retenue.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
